    Nope, it's good actually...You need more protein than MFP tells you, especially if you exercise...

    Me too!!! Like EVERY day...I wasn't too worried about it, cause I figured it was better to go over on protein than fat/carbs...good to know I'm not alone though!

    i keep going over my sugars & sodium. and i can't even figure out how the MFP app figures out my sugar & sodium since it's not the total intake for the day or any other combination i've been able to figure out (i sent them an email for a better understanding of the behind the scenes math). i've cut back on both, buy fake sugar, no sugar added, low sodium, etc but i still go over which doesn't make sense. if i'm making healthier choices you'd think the numbers would go down. anyway, i'm trying not to focus so much on the bottom line numbers and look at the bigger picture: am i making healthier choices & do i exercise?
