I am having trouble with thinking of healthy things for breakfast.

I know the following:

Oatmeal
Egg beaters
Fruit

I am not a big breakfast eater, but I know that I need to eat breakfast. I also am not a morning person. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

An english muffin(120 calories) sandwich with 1 egg white(17 calories), 3 slices of low sodium turkey bacon (75 calories) and 1/8 cup of lowfat mozzarella cheese (40 calories) for a total of 252 calories. It's filling and healthy:) I also do the same thing with a whole wheat wrap or make a smoothie with fruits and lowfat yogurt!

Protein is always good and keeps you full - scrambled eggs, bacon, grilled toms and mushrooms!!

 I'm a big fan of whole grain waffles (or toast, or bagel) with peanut butter...it keeps me full all morning! If you're adventurous, try a whole wheat bagel thin with reduced fat cream cheese, tomato and smoked salmon!

Thanks for all the replies. I have got to get started. I am just not a morning person. I LOVE my coffee. I would be happy just having it but I know my body needs FOOD!!!!!! I am going to take these suggestions and go grocery shopping. I am going to try to plan all of my meals for this week and see how that goes. Thanks everyone.

I have Chobani greek yogurt and add protein powder to it. Double whammy with protein and keeps me full. I can't eat right away, though. I usually don't eat until 8:30am or so, and I get up at 5:30am.

I always have the same thing.

1 piece of whole wheat toast
1 over easy egg (the runny yolk gives the toast moisture so I don't add butter)
    2 oz of ham
    some sriracha hot sauce

It's only 275 calories, tastes great and is full of protein.

I am a huge oatmeal person in the winter. I also eat multigrain cheerios with almond milk and nesquick chocolate no sugar added powder- I HATE the taste of ANY milk- toast with peanut butter- grapefruit- I eat eggs but few and far between. I am kinda a boring breakfast person I eat what I crave in the morning and it is usually one of the previous stated. :ohwell:
