I am having trouble with thinking of healthy things for breakfast.
I know the following:
Oatmeal
Egg beaters
Fruit
I am not a big breakfast eater, but I know that I need to eat breakfast. I also am not a morning person. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

An english muffin(120 calories) sandwich with 1 egg white(17 calories), 3 slices of low sodium turkey bacon (75 calories) and 1/8 cup of lowfat mozzarella cheese (40 calories) for a total of 252 calories. It's filling and healthy:) I also do the same thing with a whole wheat wrap or make a smoothie with fruits and lowfat yogurt!0

Protein is always good and keeps you full - scrambled eggs, bacon, grilled toms and mushrooms!!0

 I'm a big fan of whole grain waffles (or toast, or bagel) with peanut butter...it keeps me full all morning! If you're adventurous, try a whole wheat bagel thin with reduced fat cream cheese, tomato and smoked salmon!0

Multigrain Cheerios and skim milk with a couple of strawberries.0
-
Hard boiled eggs are also quick and easy!0

Thanks for all the replies. I have got to get started. I am just not a morning person. I LOVE my coffee. I would be happy just having it but I know my body needs FOOD!!!!!! I am going to take these suggestions and go grocery shopping. I am going to try to plan all of my meals for this week and see how that goes. Thanks everyone.0

I have Chobani greek yogurt and add protein powder to it. Double whammy with protein and keeps me full. I can't eat right away, though. I usually don't eat until 8:30am or so, and I get up at 5:30am.0

I always have the same thing.
1 piece of whole wheat toast
1 over easy egg (the runny yolk gives the toast moisture so I don't add butter)
2 oz of ham
some sriracha hot sauce
It's only 275 calories, tastes great and is full of protein.0 -
English muffin, poached egg, spinach. Lovely.0

I have been enjoying organic granola mixed in with my greek yogurt lately...lots of flavor combinations there too0

I am a huge oatmeal person in the winter. I also eat multigrain cheerios with almond milk and nesquick chocolate no sugar added powder- I HATE the taste of ANY milk- toast with peanut butter- grapefruit- I eat eggs but few and far between. I am kinda a boring breakfast person I eat what I crave in the morning and it is usually one of the previous stated. :ohwell:0

This winter I've been ping-ponging between two breakfast meals:
Cream of wheat (made with water) and a tsp of brown sugar. OK, maybe 2 teaspoons.
or
I chop up some kale, throw it in a skillet, crack two eggs over it and stir it all up over med. heat.
Right now I have some left over salmon so this morning I'm going to flake that into the eggs and maybe add a tiny bit of cream cheese.0 -

Can you stand yogert?0

if your not a huge morning-eating person, you could always do a good protein shake, a green smoothie with stuff like kale, spinach, apple juice, and carrots yum or eggwhites and fat free cheddar cheese is my favorite0
-
i'm also not a big breakfast person but have been enjoying allbran flakes mixed made with yoghurt instead of milk.0

Mum on the run, my breakfast if I get chance consists of a bowl of all bran with 1spoon sugar and milk, cup of coffee, and running after my boys getting them finish for school and while driving to work I will munch a apple/banana or nectarine. Most morning i get it right but then there are those mornings when I am just to lazy to get out of the bed and start my day.0
