You should stop eating at exactly 813pm at night and start eating at 533am in the morning, otherwise you won't burn fat and won't lose weight.
And if you don't follow this advice all your protein will turn to carbohydrates and then to starchy carbohydrates and then pack right onto your belly.
In a lump.
Right around the navel.
So if you see someone with a lump around the navel, REMEMBER WHAT HAPPENED the next time you are tempted to eat at 814pm! IT COULD BE YOU!0 -
7 pm mountain time, or else your metabolism will completely shut down and you'll go into starvation mode forever. Especially carbs, they are magically turned to fat as soon as you eat them. I have a PhD in broscience so I would know.0

So glad I read this post!!!! Now I don't have to worry about being hungry at 11:30 pm and I have calories left over!! I will def be eating them if I am hungry now!!!0
