Just finished day 1. My right knee is bothering me a bit so I will ice it later but other than that, great workout!!0

Ok I just finished day 1. While I was doing it I kept thinking how much easier than level one of 30ds this felt, but now I've been done for about 15 minutes and my legs feel like jelly lol should be interesting!0

I finished 30 Day Shred last week and felt so much more toned afterward so I thought I'd give Ripped in 30 a chance. Anyone want to join in and start, with me, today?

I currently do Ripped in 30. Dang, I am on week 2 of week 1 as week 2 was too hard for me! I am in shape but not very strong. I am going to stick with week one and my turbo jams until I feel strong enough to move on!0

I am starting tonight too! I finished 30 day shred and had such great results, I'm ready to go again! Great to have some accountability buddies!0

I am on week 2 and this week I can really feel it in my shoulders! Jillian is crazy! I can't imagine what week 3 and 4 are going to be like. I have not missed any days and feeling great!
