Enter your stats into MFP. Set your goal to lose; if you need to lose 50 + lbs, set it at 2lbs per week to lose; 20 to 40 lbs to lose set it at 1lb per week to lose; if you are less than 20 lbs, set it at 0.5 lbs to lose.

Then eat what MFP tells you.

You're 9 kg above my starting point and I was always on 1550, but like the other poster said, MFP works it out for you.

    Yes! I can!

If you work out 3-5 times a week....

    5'2" appx 1600-1800 cals a day
    5'5" appx 1800-2k daily
    5'7" appx 2k-2200 daily

Then workout to create a deficit.

My numbers and calculation are an average.

I'd be willing to run optimum, custom numbers for you if you like?
Since its what I do Sarah....

So shoot me a PM with:

    Age
    Height
    Weight
Body Fat% (if you dont know it use this http://www.fat2fitradio.com/tools/mbf/)
    Waist measurement below the navel
    How often you work out
