I LOVE muffins - Ever try the "Low Fat Pumpkin Muffins"? It's a box of Spice Cake Mix (Duncan Hines, Pillsbury??) and a 15 oz. can of solid-pack pumpkin. Period. Mix the two together and put it into a muffin pan (with liners or cooking spray). Bake for 20 min. at 400 degrees. Makes 12 muffins. 181 calories, 3.5 gms fat each. They're delicious, moist, and filling!0
