How do I calculate calories burned for machine not listed

Hi All,

I am trying to diet and excercise, since I've gained 45 lbs in 1 year. However, when I go to log a machine called the but buster, it tells me I have to add it. How do I calculate calories burned on a machine? Any idea?

    does the machine have a display?... it should tell you how many calories you burned on that:happy:

    If you can afford it i would invest in a heart rate monitor! it will take all the guess work out of logging calories. otherwise you never really know

    Thank you but no it doesn't have a display. Its a butt blaster backward, lying flat pressing against weight for glutes, butt, and outer thigh.

    I got one but on this machine, I can't wear it because I have to lay down and press backward. However, great idea, thanks.
