    Congrats! You can really see a difference! I started working out again and have been taking it very seriously! I needed to lose 18 pounds and have lost 7 so far. I feel so much better physically and mentally. This is the second best thing I could have done for myself after quitting smoking 14 months ago. Here's to a better life for all of us!!!
