    You can't make fat go away from specific places. You have to lose it everywhere. The best way to do that is diet and exercise.

    Chew gum just a guess :) When you start losing weight your face will thin out.

    It was meant sarcastically. Sorry if it didn't come off that way.

    Unfortunately, you can't spot reduce where you lose fat, so just maintain a calorie deficit (a moderate one) and work hard. It'll come off eventually (surgery free) :smile:
