    At my heaviest of 206lbs, I was a 38 inch waist. Now I can fit into 34's, they are a little snug, but I Am continuing to shrink! I have 2 pairs of 32 inch waist jeans with my name on it that I will be able to wear hopefully in the next 2 months!!

    The shrink is on!

    5' 7" 185 wear a size 32 (all the jeans at buckle where i shop are in inches...equals about a size 12). Regardless if i lose 10 lbs or gain...it seems I stay pretty much in a size 12...weird. Working to get down into a 10 and then an 8!!!

    I'm amazed at the differences in sizes people wear as there are people my height and weight who wear a couple of sizes smaller! This makes me feel better about myself as its not the size which matters really

    Started at 223 and was creeping into a size 20, that's what really made me slam on the breaks an think about my health.
    My Goal is to be 160lbs and a comfortable size 10.
