reading some posts about who forgot what at the gym and all the mention of iPods got me thinking of what's on my playlist.

i like a lot of straight forward rock like kings of leon, led zeppelin, Muse

and then occasionally I'll throw in some harder stuff like poison the well or thrice or coheed and cambria

what do YOU listen to

I listen to Hanson. I have a playlist with about 3 slower songs to warm up and then I jump into the faster songs. Some of my faves are Get Up and Go (makes me want to get up and go lol), Give A Little,Thinkin Bout Something In The City, Make It Out Alive...I could go on and on. I add a few slower songs to the end of my playlist to cool down. I need to make my list a little longer because I have found that I am not ready to go when my list is over.

For me, it varies. I don't have a set playlist. Sometimes I'll listen to various pop music. Sometimes full albums. Eminem's 'Recovery' and any Linkin Park album gets me through a good workout!

I love working out to Justin Bieber's Baby. Lol. Seriously such a silly song but it came on one day while I was running and it has become my favorite for runs. Annnnnd Dynamite by taio cruz, moves like jagger by maroon 5, tonight tonight by hot chelle rae, accidentally in love by the counting crows, how far we've come by matchbox 20. Yep.

Oh! I also forgot to add, I frequently work out to the Rocky soundtrack. Nothing gets me through a workout better than 'Gonna Fly Now', 'Eye Of the Tiger' or 'Hearts On Fire'!

The last week, I can't get enough of Muse, specifically the Black Holes and Revelations album. I've also been listening to Incubus' S.C.I.E.N.C.E.

I catch myself air drumming/guitaring on the treadmill

I have a bunch of playlists depending on my mood!
On has Lady GaGa, LMFAO, Fergie, Usher, Pitbull, Taio Cruz and the Black Eyed Peas.
Another has Rihanna, Ciara, Pink, Ludacris, Buckcherry, and Bon Jovi
And of course, I have to have Daughtry, Nickelback, Guns N’Roses, Fuel, and U2 close by.
On a slow day, I like Big and Rich, Rascal Flatts, Jason Aldean, Toby Keith, and Sugarland.
I probably lost you with the country mix but I have wide musical taste! :-)
