Hello I just want to know if any one has ever tried or heard of Advo Care Spark Energy Drink? Don"t be hateful ..just asking a question...

I love it! I am currently doing the advocare 24 day challenge... The spark is great! Only thing is I drink 2 at a time lol only negative things is I drank one right before afternoon boot camp and couldnt wind down that evening... I have stopped drinking one by 3 pm and I am fine!0

I drink Spark daily! Advocare is a great product- i also take catalyst for muscle repair and meal replacement shakes after a good workout and needing to up my calories! I used to sell a few years back but now just dont have the time and buy from my aunt. Nothing bad to say from me, i LOVE Advocare!0
