    yeah, I do the hip hop abs and just started the 30 day shred (LOVE IT!!!)
    I also have the TaeBo workout DVD's to add a little extra variety..... I plan on getting more Jillian Michael DVD's 'cause I really like her method...

    Any Cathe workouts - Cathe.com. :smile:

    Cathe is definitely NOT for beginners! It's very hard core, up there with P90X.

    I am a beginner! I can modify any of her workouts. I can't speak for P90X but I am very familiar with Cathe workouts and like I said as a beginner I just modify some things. Lower weight, no jumping, etc. Cathe also has beginner and intermediate DVDs.

    I like the second Sweating to the Oldies. The "other" guy in the blue shorts is so into it I can't help but share his enthusiasm, and I think the songs are better. I don't even notice I'm working out - until I try to sing along and find myself completely winded!
