Hello - New and need advice

Hello _ i am new to this myfitnesspal - but I like it already. I have been putting in my food entry and exercise - but I keep going over my Sugar.

Any advise on how to maintain my sugar levels at what they are supposed to be. I have stopped drinking soda(pop) - and I don drink water.

I am drinking Lipton Green tea - which has sugar - but I mix it with water so that it's not as much.

Would like other advice on how to maintain the sugar down.

    I like powerade zeros. As far as I know, there are no sugars in it, and no calories. It also helps you maintain essential electrolytes while working out. My favorite is mixed berry and grape :)
