    I am an Embalmer and can I just tell everyone, that the "fat picture" (with weight amounts) on the first page of this thread is amazingly accurate! That is EXACTLY what it looks like under your skin. all yellow mushy and yes, greasy. After seeing it in other people so much it helps me have motivation to get rid of mine. Maybe TMI, but its the truth......and it's a motivator!

    I get these all the time, the two I love most are the one about the girls who fight to be skinny are strong, the display of fat and the 400 calories of Vegetables.

    As I sit here this morning, discouraged that the scale doesn't seem to be moving this week at all dispite my efforts this was very inspirational for me to see today. Thanks for posting!

    this thread is awesome. I am going to visit here often. I have a little weight loss group for my close friends and I on Facebook and some of these photos and sayings are just what I need to motivate everyone.
