Help, what do I do?

Options
Tomorrow at work the company I work for is having a big celebration for the employees. To celebrate they are catering a chinese buffet. I am not sure what is going to be there but I want to be prepared as best as I can. I know a lot of food is fried and I doubt there will be soup. I would appreciate any suggestions on where to go and find info as well.
Thank you.

    Found some info on about.com

    Choose:

    hot and sour soup
    wonton soup
    steamed spring roll
    teriyaki chicken skewer
dishes made with steamed or boiled chicken or shrimp
    steamed vegetables
stir-fries If they're doing them at a cook to order station (request less oil and skip or go light on sauce)
    bok choy

    Avoid:
    battered or fried appetizers
    egg rolls
    General Tso's chicken
    Kung Pao chicken
    duck
dishes laden with rich sauces e.g. Hoisin or sweet and sour

I'd try to find the most veggies as possible that aren't drowning in sauce.
Good Luck and enjoy yourself. If you go over your calories for one day it wont be the end of the world. You could even pack a small salad or banana to eat prior to lunch to fill you up a little so you're less inclined to gorge on the catered lunch.
