Motivation for any new members 83lbs down in 8 months

I use other peoples photos to motivate me, so hopefully these help anyone that needs it. It can be done with out surgery for someone you just need a big dose of motivation and determination.
Initial Body fat 51% now 29% 2 points from being considered medically average not even over weight.
420 Lbs 54 waist 4-5Xl Shirt size 60 chest 22 neck
