Hi everyone!... my sis and I have started this weigh loss journey together and found this website about the same exact time... so here in this little tiny space on MyFitnessPal, Gina dn I will share our ups and downs, cravings, plateau's and all the in between emotions and physical pains one can go through while dieting. Not to mention lifes dramas along with it!! Well it will all be right here!!! Between Regina (the older sis) and Raelene. Thx for reading!!

    Ok just so you know............... I am only the older sister by ONLY 2 years lol and you will find that raelene will do most of the talking..... So here we are, the two of us new to this group and LOVING IT! Everybody needs support here and there, and let me tell you ......this site has support 24-7.

    Sis, thx for getting me started on this diet...Soner and I are doing great and it really does work... we are not hungry and we are starting to lose!!! When I saw you walk in my door a week ago I KNEW I had to try it... your lookin good!!!! Look out Germany, here she comes!!!!!
    SO when do you go to Germany??? How close to Xmas...

    our flight leaves dec. 14 at 5 pm we arrive the next morn at 9. we will come home the morn of xmas eve only because otherwise we would have a layover in denver and might not make it home by xmas. yeah mike said yedi that my face has dropped like a "TON" (NOT SURE I LIKE THE WORD TON LOL) of weight. Thanks for the compliment sis you know how hard is for me to loose............. you have always been my mentore when it comes to wt loss. I the baby feeling better

    Hi Redalee!!! Yes we ARE a handful, and a darn fun handful at that!!! Always have been... feel sorry for our parents plz...:) lol Me and Gina are VERY VERY close and always have been... we two sisters have been through thick and thin together in our lives and we have came out as champs! And here we are again...going through something else together...weight loss! and once again...were glad to have EACHOTHER for support, as always. :)
    Its nice to have a sister that you can count on in life... I am blessed to have my sissy Gina. Its great to have someone I can make fun of and pick on and yet she still loves me. LOL

    The day is going great. 9:41 in the morning and pouring rain, but the fire is crackling and I'm nice and toasty. And I weighed myself this morning, and found I'd gone down another pound. Have a grand day yourself!

    not only are you nice and cozy you are also down a pound. thats a great day. today i am down a pound also but i dont have a fireplace and the rain hasnt come yet. so i will imagine you by your fire listening to the rain a pound lighter!!!!! are you doing low cal? are you using any other helping things like pills? Tell me all so i can be a copy cat ok???
