You might want to add some form of lean protein to that, though it sounds delicious! Perhaps lowfat peanut butter on the bread, scrambled egg beaters, fat free yogurt, or lowfat cheese? It might help you feel satisfied longer afterwards.0

i agree, proteins r extremely important.. i prefer white cheese but whatever works for u is also good..

You definitely need some protein. I think you'd be hungry an hour or two after eating just that. By brown bread, do you mean whole wheat/grain?0
