Anyone have any low carb recipes they would like to share? I'm in the process of switching to a low carb diet and am looking for some good recipes.

I have tons (not mine but ones I like)

I also do taco salad with taco beef, lettuce, salsa, sour cream, cheese and avocado. you can make spaghetti out of spaghetti squash, ground meat, and no sugar added tomato sauce.

That first link there are endless recipes, and she gives a rating to each out of five stars.

Thanks! I've seen a drastic pound drop since I started low carb so I'm excited to incorporate all I can. Can't wait to try these recipes!

Chocolate buttercream cake made with BLACK BEANS! It sounds disgusting. Apparently unseasoned and well-rinsed beans will leave no beany taste. It's higher in carbs than I like but I am interested in trying this in cupcake form. They have an alternate white cake version linked on that post. Excited to try this on a birthday or other special occasion.

www.skinnytaste.com has some low carb recipes - I've tried a bunch and they were all great.

The www.genaw.com/lowcarb/ has some great recipes - I've found her reviews to be pretty dead on for my tastes - I made the Spicy Spinach and Chicken casserole on Tuesday and couldn't WAIT to eat the leftovers for lunch. I also like the green bean casserole with hamburger.

I made black bean brownies and they were amazing! Could not taste the beans at all. Very sweet, because they are made with agave sugar.
