i like to eat out

Hi,

I'm new to this and just trying to be more aware and conscientious of my eating habits (maybe lose 5 pounds). I eat out a lot! What can I say, cooking isn't one of my strong points. I'm also a pescatarian. Anyone else in the same boat and have healthy lunch selections? It doesn't have to be fancy meals - cottage cheese and fruit are fine.

    Hi and welcome.

    Have a mooch around the forums and see if you can find others with similar goals or interests as yourself then shoot them a friend request (it can help to include a quick message as to why you would like to be friends) Also, if you have specific interests you can use the search button just above your post to look for things that interest you.Or try searching groups http://www.myfitnesspal.com/groups to find people that have the same interests etc. There are many vegans, vegetarians, pescatarians and all other variations on here...many groups and threads too
