Parties, BBq's, late nights and WORK

So this past week i have worked about 3 times....

I used to work out everyday when i didnt have a job but now i work 1:30 to 10 pm and have no time in the morning before work because I am so tired from partying and staying up late the night before...trying to have a life! haha.

I need advice on eating habbits that can contridict not working out.
I have been eating horrible lately and drinking.... uhhgg

    i am in the same boat with the holidays.. if you cheat just remeber to count your calories and start fresh the next day.. but dont loose your motivation

    You've got 2 big killers in there: alcohol & sleep deprivation. Fatigue will make you crave food. Alcohol will cause you to hang on to it. My advice--as much as it sucks--skip the booze & get some sleep. Save the social life for the weekend, sweetie.
