    Hi Tina,

    We are having unusually warm weather here in the Northwest but a bit of snow to keep us Canadian.
    Looking forward to checking my stats tomorrow. I'm wearing pants that were too tight a month ago and it feels great just to put them on without having to suck my stomach back to my spine!!!! LOL
    I feel like I have had a great week and I hope everyone else has too!!

    Happy that I have a weight and inch loss but thought it would be more since I had such a great week with both my food intake and exercise totals....mixed feelings today! :ohwell:

    Not a good week for me. I went over my calories 2 days, my daughter wanted chinese food for her 13th birthday party. I'm still loosing inches, but not lbs. It doesn't help that I only got to the gym 2x this week. Back to work next week & my regular gym schedule, hopefully that will get the scale moving again!

    Hello everyone,

    So last week, I worked out super hard and saw no weight loss. This week I think it finally caught up and I am down 2 lbs. It has been a crazy week for me (next week isn't looking much better), so I didn't exercise nearly as much as I should have. Overall, I am pleased, but hope maybe next week I can do better. Good luck to everyone!

    Current bust: 40" (w/ bra on)
    Current neck: 13"
    Current thigh: 25.5"
    Current calf: 16.5"

    Total exercise minutes = 190
    Bonus Jumping Jacks completed.
    Under calories every day, except Sunday.
    Did not hit water goal any day, except Saturday.

    Sat. Feb. 18th: 1 min. bear walk, 20 leg lifts and 25 jumping jacks, plus completed the extra 100 jumping jacks challenge and walk/ran 8.1 miles
    Sun. Feb. 19th: 7.2 mile walk/run & 3 sets of 15 triceps reps
    Mon. Feb. 20th: No daily challenge exercises, walked 2.2 miles
    Tues. Feb. 21st: No daily challenge exercises, walked 1.9 miles
    Wed. Feb. 22nd: No daily challenge exercises, walked 1.9 miles
    Thurs. Feb. 23rd: No daily challenge exercises, walk/ran 4.7 miles plus weight training (upper body - chest press, triceps, biceps, shoulder press, rows) and 100 crunches
    Fri. Feb. 24th: Collapse into bed to check-in on Biggest Loser ;) (also walked 1.5 miles)

    Sun 2/26: burn 1,000 calories
    Mon. 2/27: add additional weight to a workout & 1 extra rep & walk, run or bike 3.1 miles
    Tue. 2/28: 100 jumping jacks & 100 crunches
    Wed. 2/29: 3 sets of 10 swimmers, 3 sets of 10 lawn mowers & 30 globe jumps Final Check-In must be checked in by 9 a.m. (Eastern) March 1, 2012

    Gals,

    I have been hosting these Biggest Loser Challenge since June 2011. I've decided that I'm taking the month of March off from the challenge and t'm gong to try something different. I'm not for sure what yet but I need a change.

    I'm planning on picking up the challenge again in April or May.

    Because it was a shorter week, I really pushed myself with extra exercise and it worked!

    No matter what happens, I want you all to know how much this meant to me. I pushed myself because of this challenge! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU TINA!!! I will use what you have done already to push myself until the next one comes around!!

    No changes this week. I got a new scale which threw me off with a 2 lb. gain, but I'm back down again. Thank you for doing these challenges. It has helped me to watch the changes in my measurements & not get discouraged by the scale.
