Because it was a shorter week, I really pushed myself with extra exercise and it worked!
No matter what happens, I want you all to know how much this meant to me. I pushed myself because of this challenge! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU TINA!!! I will use what you have done already to push myself until the next one comes around!!

No changes this week. I got a new scale which threw me off with a 2 lb. gain, but I'm back down again. Thank you for doing these challenges. It has helped me to watch the changes in my measurements & not get discouraged by the scale.
