    Fitness Goal: Finish 30 Day shred by March 4th
    Weight loss goal: Get into the 140's - even if I get to 149 I'm happy (currently 157)

    To loose 6-8 lbs, feel better about myself for sticking to it, and to get my treadmill working again so I can't use crappy weather as an excuse to not go for a walk.

    hoping to get to my goal weight by the end of it and not take any weekends off!!! (my weekends i say F*** the gym and F*** eating like a rabbit im gonna eat everything i WANT!) lol

    Weigh 180 by my birthday(3/15) and 175 by end of march

    My goal, if it is the the last thing I do, Is to be in the 140's!! 149.9 would be just fine! Come on 140's! I am heading your way!

    I want to lose 8 pounds but would be elated with 10!
  • Lose my 8
    Cardio 5/wk (Gin Miller Step Reebok)
    Find my step
    End March w/ a hop in all crossovers & at least 5 relavees (sp) when reaching up while on the step
    Arms & abs 3/wk

    Thanks for helping me work that out.
  • Lose 10 pounds and a pant size by the end of March. This would make my total weight loss 15 pounds and a third of my goal.

  • 10lbs is what I'm shooting for. I'd really like to see myself drop below the 200lb mark, but I'm not pushing for it that quick.
  • My goal is 12lbs and complete the Shamrock Run (walk) in less than 55 minutes.
