    I want to lose 8 pounds but would be elated with 10!
  • Lose my 8
    Cardio 5/wk (Gin Miller Step Reebok)
    Find my step
    End March w/ a hop in all crossovers & at least 5 relavees (sp) when reaching up while on the step
    Arms & abs 3/wk

    Thanks for helping me work that out.
