Hey
I have set myself on a pound a week rate of loss however I am breastfeeding my 21 week old daughter and I am aware that it uses up extra calories - how do I reflect this on my allowance?
Thanks,
Ali

You have to enter breast feeding on your food log and it will register as negative calories.0
