5'10" as well, 214 lbs. I'm guessing 145-165ish. We'll see.0

I'm 5'11 and currently weigh 178.8. My goal weight is 150.0

5'11" have a large frame (doc told me) current is 207 goal is 170-180 will have to see once I get there. Doc gave me that goal..0

I am almost at my goal of 69kg which is 152lbs. I am an NZ size 14 now, which I think is a US size 10.
My BMI at 69kg will be 22.8 when I lose that last 1/2 kg! I'm happy with that!
I started out at 89kg which is 198lbs. Goodness, nice to know that didn't translate to over 200lbs!!!

5'9" currently weigh 138 ish. I'm in maintenance so keeping it within 5 lbs. of 135. Still need to tighten more but not focusing on scale as much. Smallish frame (6" wrist) with curves although the girls are gone! I usually wear size 6 pants and size S tops with a few outliers larger and smaller.0

5'11 and currently 205 lbs. My lowest was 171 lbs three years and everyone I knew was telling me that was too skinny, but I was wearing a size 10 pant and medium top...felt just right to me I have a large frame (6.8" wrist) so my goal this time around is 165 lbs. This time I plan on doing strength training with cardio though, so hopefully I'm more successful this time. Joined in Sep '10 but just now getting around to using this site to it's full potential and so far I love it!!0

Im 5'10" i weigh 140.5, going for 135, but really just want to be fit, in october i weighed 127 but i was just skinny no muscle. I dont care to be really skinny anymore, i just want to get strong!0

5'10", started at 195, current at 181, my original goal was 140 but for right now I'm aiming for 160 and re-evaluating. I have a pretty large frame so 160 might be good for me.0
