My current weight is 178.4
My goal weight is 1500 -
5'10 and 115.. goal is just to tone and gain maybe 3 pounds of muscle0
-
5'10 and I'm currently 148 (as of this morning) and I would like to be 135-140, but we'll see. i really just want to look good and be fit. If I end up looking good at this weight I'll be ok.0
-
I'm 5'10" and currently around 250lbs. Goal is 190lbs and will take it from there. I dont know about my frame/bone density but I've always been quite heavy... before I put my weight on and I was a UK size 12 I weighed 175lbs which does seem a lot more than other comparisons I've seen on here Never mind, as long as I stay healthy and exercise I suppose the scales dont matter as much as the measurements!0

I'm 5'9 and currently 141 (started at 185) -- ultimate goal is to hit around 133-137 comfortably. I am not unhappy with my weight right now but I am working on lowering my body fat % and building lean muscle!!! So if I don't lose any more weight, that's ok too!!!0

THAT WAS ME IN SEPTEMBER.
Im down to 156-160 (depending how my weekend went, ha!)
I would like to be at 148. Unfortunately the only T&A Ill have at that point will be Tricepts and Abs....0 -
wish i could play. only 5'8 though
oh what the heck- current 158. goal- 140- 145.0 -
I'm 5'9 and right now at 180 - after losing my baby weight from baby #3 (I delivered at 216)...although my goal weight is 160 - I'd love to be 150 again, but 160 seems within reach.0
-
6' - current weight is 248, starting weight was 259 - so it is going down - happy days0
-
I am 5'10 and weigh 208. I hope to go down between 159 to 149. We'll see.0
-
I'm 5'9" ... current weight is 154 (that changes depending on how much of a slacker I am with eating right) and I'd like to see about 145.
And I'm really stoked to read this whole thread! Tall girls! I'm always the amazon chick ... nice to read about people in similar boats!0 -
I'm 5'11 and currently weigh 175. My goal weight is 160, I wouldn't mind getting back into the 150's but I will evaluate that once I achieve my first goal.0
-
5'9" (getting older because I was always 5'10" in my teens & twenties), currently 160ish, 145-150lbs would be great, but mostly want to be more physically fit.0
-
I'm 5' 9", starting at 238ish and want to get down to 200 as my first goal.0
-
I'm 5'9 and currently weight 153. My ultimate goal is to be around 140-145!0
-
wish i could play. only 5'8 though
oh what the heck- current 158. goal- 140- 145.
Me too. I'm 5' 8 1/2" - Almost there!
BW - 225 CW - 220 GW - 180; I'm really aiming more for a dress size in the area of 16 - 18. I know I'll still be overweight at that point, but I'm hoping I'll at least feel better at that point. Then I'll decide where I want to go from there.0 -
5'9" currently at 163 and want 147-150...but would be satisfied being able to maintain 151-153.0
-
I'm 5' 9" and CW is 156 on a good day, and I wear a size 6. I have fitness goals of bench pressing my body weight and doing a pull-up by July. Body Fat % is more important to me then the scale number, would love to get to a 20%, I think I am about a 24% now.0

5'10
SW: 186
CW: 168.5
GW: 1600 -
5'9 and big frame -- yay for Nordic blood!
Currently: 154.
Goal: 145. 140 at the LOWEST. Its pretty much impossible for me to get any lower than that unless I go psycho obsessive with the diet and excercise, but I start to look too thin if I get down near 140.0 -
5'11 current: 232 goal: 1700
-
I'm 5'10. I currently weight 149.5 and flucuate between that and 151. My goal is 138-140. Good luck in your journey. Nice to see to see all these tall ladies out here today!0
-
5'11" currently 184, goal is 165.
I got down to 150 a few years ago, and when I saw pictures of me...it was too thin! I think 165 will be perfect as long as I am healthy.0 -
I'm 5'9"
I'm currently at 215 but I'd like to be at 160 at some stage. Taking it in small steps though0 -
5'8.5" --- between 126 (lower) and 130 (higher). Depends if I've been eating like sht or not.
And yes, that .5" is important0 -
I am 5' 9" and on Jan 9th I weighed in at 183. With exercise and eating right I am at 170. My goal is to be 140-145. Before I had my son I was 135. But I'm okay with adding a few pounds to that. I was pretty thin than. When I started I was the heaviest I have been outside of pregnancy. I was 190 when I had my son three years ago. I lost 30 and than gained it all back. I am ready to keep it off this time!!0
-
Im 5'10" and 172. Im aiming for sexy.0
-
I'm 5'10" and I weigh 163 my goal weight is 150-155. Any thinner is ridiculous. I already look really thin. I'm just trying to get to a racing weight for my triathlons. I see people who are 5'10 putting down 140 and I was that weight once after I dropped weight from a personal hardship and people thought I was anorexic. Just to give you an idea, Cindy Crawford is 5'10" tall and at her model weight where she did run ways (20 years ago) she was at a sickening 135. Think about it...0
-
Oh darn, I guess I'm too tall to participate...0
-
5'11" - SW- 180
CW-148
GW-135-140
I am pretty stoked on my new weight right now, but I figure why not go for glory? I have a few problem areas including: back flab, tummy, arm flab and thighs. Hoping to be bathing suit ready for summer.0
