    Hi All,

    Just thought I would share my progress! I have trying to lose weight for about 14 months and I just hit 100 lbs lost!! I have about 20 to go to reach my goal, but this is a huge milestone for me!!! Good luck to everyone out there! It can be done!!!

    You have not been "trying", you have been "succeeding"!!! congratulations!
    also, there is a very noticeable change in confidence between both pictures.

    What an amazing transformation! You can even tell how much your self esteem has risen as you stand open to the camera now instead of looking like you want to hide. Be proud of all your hard work! Congrats!
