    TOTALLY TRYING THIS!!!

    I also saw another member say they make pizza with portabella mushroom in order to forgoe the carbs of the crust. Scrape out the gills of the mushroom and fill with mozzarella and whatever other toppings you want. Then you bake it. You have to eat it with a fork though.

    You know, mushrooms taste just like meat when they're grilled or put in the frying pan with some peppers and onions and olive oil...you can make a really low calorie meal out of this if you cut out all the other crap (not that it's not good, but you know). It also makes it vegan, and an easy vegan meal at that.

    I made these for dinner last night and all I can say is Oh.....My.....God!!!! They were SOOOOOO delicious!!!! I actually like them BETTER than a regular hamburger/cheeseburger with a bun! GREAT RECIPE! Thanks for posting! :happy:
