Hey I'm Bobbi. I don't think I ever planned on posting these pictures on here, but I figured it would actually be good for me. These pictures are extremely embarrassing, but at the same time, they are very motivating. Ever time I look at them, I want to go to the gym and workout until I never look like this again.

I would normally take pictures in a shirt and t-shirt but I really wanted to see if I could see changes in muscle definition...so...beware. If you get grossed out by seeing large women in bikinis, then don't look. Just know that I have never worn this out in public, and have no intention of doing so until my body has drastically changed.

I began this journey a little over a month ago. I started going to the gym every day and logging what I eat. In 30 days, I lost over 15 pounds. If you would like to see before/after pictures of that success, you can visit my personal blog at http://blhinton.blogspot.com/2012/02/success.html

After a month of doing mostly just cardio, I decided it was time to add a little bit of resistance training. After reading and seeing so much success with 30 day shred, I knew that is what I wanted to do. I started the video on February 13th and am currently half way through. And while its difficult and I sweat buckets, I love it. It makes me feel strong and I know I'm getting a good workout.

I'm leaving for Hawaii in about 2 weeks, the day after I finish the 30 days. I was hoping to see some great results so I could look great in Hawaii, but I felt like it wasn't going to happen. So I decided to post these pictures to see if I could tell a difference, and if others can tell a difference. I know we tend to me a lot harsher on ourselves, so maybe it's not as bad as I think.

Anyways, sorry to ramble on. I'd like some honest opinions on whether you can even tell a difference, and where. I know it's only half way, so I'm hoping for even more results by the end. And I will post pictures after the final 30 days.

Here goes:

Starting weight: 187
Current weight: 181.4 (-5.6 pounds)
Goal weight: 148-152 (Not for 30ds, but my final goal weight)

This is my first time adding pictures, so I really hope it works!
