    I burned around 170 calories in 20 minutes jumping rope, and it wasn't at some super speed.

    sscrub the floors, the bath or the windows if you are at home, that soon works up a sweat. That or if you are not home alone twenty minutes of something else will burn 100 cals ;)

    remember burning calories is based on weight - so the more you weigh the less you actually have to do

    Or the less you weigh the more you have to do....and don't forget physical fitness- the harder you have to work the more you burn. That's why a good HRM is really helpful if you want to be as accurate as possible.

    But not true. Use a HRM, it will likely take you 10 - 15 minutes to burn 100 calories depending on your exertion level.

    I think you need to do all from the list for 1-minute each.. That`s how it add ` up to 100-cals.
