    Zinc,Multivitamin,Fiber, and most days a Zipfizz..... going to start Omegas and Calcium after payday....

    Multivitamins + Minerals, and Cod Liver Oil, strongest i can find. My knees are taking a beating with all my exercise i do, and ive really noticed the difference.

    Yip, with all the exercising my body has taken a bit of a beating too.

    Now on MultiVits for Vegans & Veggies, Omega 3, Spirulina, Chorella, Vit C 500mg ..... What a breakfast!! LOL :laugh:
