Good Workout/Diet Supplements???

I am in need of a new workout/diet supplement. I want something that is pretty affective at giving me a boost of energy and raising my metabolism.
-Should I add a green tea supplement onto any workout/diet supplement I take?
-I have tried Hydroxy cut hardcore and Lipo 6 before in the past... I am interested in trying something new

    Drink a few cups of coffee and eat healthy... will do about the same as most diet pills and be a lot cheaper.

    I've thought about drinking more coffee but I am afraid of it staining my teeth Lol... I know a healthy diet is the key to success and there is no such thing as a magical pill that can make weight just fall off of you, but I always find adding a new supplement or trying something new like a diet or workout routine always adds some much needed motivation...

    That is what I need right now... something that can motivate me and get me excited and keep my focus

    Honestly black coffee in the morning might just be enough.

    Supplement wise, I like White Flood by Controlled Labs. Plenty of pre-workout energy without feeling jittery and it doesn't have that caffeine crash.

    alot of people in my family are taking A.C.E and its working really good, they have lost alot of wieght...its 60 dollars a bottle thought, thats like yikes for me..
    personally i prefer going the non supplement route, but im not against it..

    i am against alli though seriously who wants to have anal leakage because they eat the wrong food haha

    I use thermopure and sometimes CLA. The thermopure is really good for a workout boost and the cla is a good weightloss aid.

    I have a stiff cup of joe in the AM. But caffeine doesn't do anything to supplement items you need (and can actually deplete you more.)

    So, I also take a B Complex and Chromium Picolinate, at lunchtime (I workout after work in the evenings.)

    I also take a prenatal vitamin as my multi, eventhough I am not trying to conceive right now, but you being a man, I don't think you need to know that part. :)
