I am currently 128 and would like to be around 125. I was 117 before I had a baby, but I was thin with not so much muscle, and I've been lifting weights a lot more so I'm hoping that I will put on some muscle and be a little more toned than just skinny.0

I always feel like the odd one out on posts like this...my goal is 160(or in the 160s..) I'm currently at 169(down from 235!)
I have a larger frame, and I just don't see the need for myself to reach anything lower...I want to live, and enjoy eating still!

I'm 157 now and would like to get down to 145.0

I started at 217Lbs July of last year. Currently I am sitting at 158 Lbs.. I would be happy at 145-150 but really I feel good now. I still trying but I dont kill myself anymore. I maintain all the time and lose a LB here and there.. I started out on Micheal Thurmond's 6 week body makeover and have lost 57Lbs.. Very happy with that..0

I have a very small frame (wrists are 13cm!!!) and started at around 11 stone (155-8 i think) and would like to go down to just below 9st (126lbs) and maintain at around there - AND/OR i'd like to have more muscle and thus being 9 1/2(133) stone would be fine if it was muscle weight
I'm at 9st 5 or 6lbs (131lbs-132lbs) depending on the day so settling here for a bit until my collarbone is healed then shall commence.
126 is my goal, or 133 with muscle :glasses:0 -
Im 5'6 and these are my stats
sw = 240
cw = 164
gw = 1400 -
I want to have a 30" waist. I have read that to reduce risk factors for cardiovascular disease, diabetes and colon cancer to their optimal level, a woman's waist should not exceed 50% of her height. So, at 5'6" that translates to a 30" waist.
At my largest my waist was 48"; it is currently around 37" after a 75 lb weight loss. I have no idea how many pounds I would have to lose to achieve a 30" waist, or if it's even an achievable goal for me since I have a 'boy' shape, ie, no defined waist.
I'm currently wearing size 13 jeans, down from a size 4X, so I'm pretty excited about where I am, and very hopeful that I can lose some more of this fat hanging around my torso.

I'm 5'6 and my initial goal is 170. I have never been that small in my adult life so I have no reference as to what I will look like at that weight. I started out at 235 and am 24lbs away from 170. Once I'm there I may reevaluate my goals but only time will tell!0

I'm 5'5 and started at 193 currently at 177 with an aim of somewhere between 150 - 154. I never went below that in my twenties, and though I could go probably go lower I have a fear of ending up with my 38GGs slumping rather than bobbing :noway:0

I'm 5'7 - started in Jan/2010 at 220 lbs. but now weigh 170...I was down to 154 but hit a plateau and even though I'm eating the right stuff my weight went up...now to get down to 143 which my ultimate goal - for health reasons it is so important to me! I am diabetic (type 2) and off most of the meds now but want to medicine free which I believe will happen if I can reach 143...help!0
