I am almost at my goal of 69kg which is 152lbs. I am an NZ size 14 now, which I think is a US size 10.
My BMI at 69kg will be 22.8 when I lose that last 1/2 kg! I'm happy with that!
I started out at 89kg which is 198lbs. Goodness, nice to know that didn't translate to over 200lbs!!!

5'10 here. I am currently 214 looking for between 165-180. I played volleyball in college and was 155 in the best shape of my life so....I am looking to get some of that back and keep up with my 2 and 4 year olds!! Currently I'm a size 16- 18 thanks to my baby belly fat...hoping for a size 12!!!0

Would having a 6" wrist be considered large frame? According to the charts it is, but when I weigh anything over 150, I look heavy...so now I don't know? Silly question, I know, but one I would be interested in knowing (based on all of your experience).

My starting weight is 185. Just lost my first 10 lbs. :happy: My goal weight is 155 lbs. just because it's the lowest I remember weighing for a long time. Even then I remember having bit of a belly so will see. Most of my weight is belly and hips. Oh yeah...small frame...5 inch wrist.
