Bordom eating!!!

I find every day at about 3:00 at my desk, I'm looking for something to snack on. I'm not HUNGRY, mind you, just want something to snack. Chips, crackers, candy, anything that's JUNK! I even brought a 90 cal cereal bar to work with me just for this time, and it's just laying there mocking me. I don't want it because I'm NOT HUNGRY. I just want junk food. For comfort, or entertainment, or pleasure, or something.

Anybody else out there crazy like me? :)

    Get up and take a walk. If you cannot go outside, climb the stairs (if there are any), or do some jumping jacks and squats at your desk.

    Every chance I get. In fact this semester, since I needed an additional one-credit class to graduate, I am taking Choir!!
