hi I'm new at this site. I'm trying new ways to lose weight. I do Zumba and minor Yoga. My question is , does this site really work? has anyone have positive results?

I started changing when I hit 213. I joined this site (according to my meter thingy) at around 198. I'm now 184.
This won't MAKE you lose weight. This is a tool. It will help you learn what you need. If you follow the advice then yes, you will lose weight. If you want to lose weight AND ARE COMMITTED TO THAT then yes, follow the advice, use this as a tool, and you will lose that extra weight.0 -
