I haven't done it but I've heard it's like P90X.0

I dont follow it as a program but I do the videos and yes it is very similiar to P90x but its more doable especially if you dont have 1 hr to spend working out. Its a great program!0

Thank you ladies!!!0

I was wondering the same thing. I found it yesterday at my grocery store on sale for $5. I watched a couple of the DVDs just to get an idea of what the exercises were. Seems doable. I'm just not quite ready to actually DO it.0

i did about 60 days of it.... i looooved the workouts and tom holland (the host) is seriously awesome. i loved him and even laughed at him a few times during the workouts. i wasn't following the meal plan so i dont really know what results would be like with that, nor did i take measurements. but i was losing weight while doing it. im starting to just use the dvds as workouts separately from one another. overall, for $20 it is a great workout system, with 10 different dvds that are worth doing even separately.0

Supreme 90 Day is a good program. I've completed the program in September of last year.0

I have it, it is GREAT! I have not been a regular user, however when I use it - awesome!
A pal of mine really enjoys it. He has both p90X and 90 day supreme - really likes both of them. He is the one who told me about it and with the price it is at, you can't beat it. Great product.0 -

I agree with this. I'm on day 30 and I can see some muscles showing on my arms and legs. I haven't followed the diet (so I can't speak for that) but I really like supreme 90 and can't wait to see my final results. 2 thumbs up!!!!0 -
Yep and loved it! Also just did 60 days as it didnt look like the last 30 days were any different. now when i want cardio I get one of those DVDs out too.0

What grocery store was that?0 -
Yes it works! In my first two weeks, I had lost several inches.
It's been a while since I've done it but I'm brushing it off today.
And $5...that's a steal!!! Definitely worth it!0 -
I just finished my first week of Supreme 90 days. I am not following the eating plan since I am a weight watcher member and following the points plus. I have not lost weight in the first week but I have lost inches. I noticed yesterday I was pulling my pants up at work. Before weight watchers I had problems getting them buttoned.0

awesome! I ordered this and it should be here today! I plan to start it on Sunday. How do you log this in MFP?0

I don't log my workouts on here, but you should log the cardio workouts under cardio and the strength workouts under strength, if there's a strength option.0 -
I just completed Day 3 of the workout and I love it. It's challenging, but fun.0

There are 3 cardio routines in the set: Cardio Challenge, Tabata Inferno and Total Body. All others should be logged as strength training. I log Tabata Inferno as circuit training since it is high intensity interval training.0 -
I been having this workout dvd, but I wanted to get it for a couple of people and went to Sports Authority and got it for $10.000

I'v been doing the Supreme 90 day too, it's awesome. I'm on day 19 and can already see weight coming off, not sure how much I'm scared to get on the scale. But if people can see a difference already then thats good enough for me, I'm not following the eating plan that comes with it, I'm just cutting out certain types of foods and eating smaller portions. However I was wondering what is the best way to log each exercise DVD on the Myfitness Pal app? I just downloaded it today!0

I finished the program 2 weeks ago. Enjoyed it, but got tired of it towad the end. I will definitely incorporate it individually into my routine. I did not follow the eating plan either, so can't speak for that. But I did take a few recipes from there and have tried them, and liked them. For $20 it was well worth the price, for $5 it's a steal. Go for it! Take your measurements before hand so you can see your progress! Good luck and enjoy.0

Does anybody know if this can be bought in the UK?0

I'm not sure, but check the UK Amazon site to see if they have it.0 -
Do you have to have anything to do it, like weights or anything? I'm interested in trying it.0
-
I ordered it from Amazon on Tuesday and it should be waiting for me when I get home today! I plan to skim through the DVDs before starting it so I can familiarize myself with it first.0

my husband and i started this program 2 weeks ago and can already notice a difference. we have been eating as clean as possible. i think the fact that its only between $5-20 dollars you cant go wrong!0

Not sure but you can get it off Ebay and/or Amazon0 -

Exercise Ball and 3, 5, 8 lb weights to start. You can increase weights later.0 -
You will need a set of hand weights and an exercise ball.0

I have it and have enjoy the dvd's. I havent follow the workout plan or diet. I like using it as part of my workouts. I like changing my workouts some, doing the same thing over and over gets boring. I do like the supreme 90 day workouts, and still use them in my weekly workouts. I have notice a differ in my arms ,legs , hips and waist but I also use a kettlebell too. But think that if the supreme 90 was the only thing a person was using that they would see a differ in just a couple of weeks.0
