Stuck and hoping this helps

Hello! I just read about MFP on a blog, and am hoping it can help me lose my last 30 pounds. I lost 70 pounds in 18 months by making healthy food swaps and cinnamon pills, but hit a plateau 8 months ago and didn't budge so much as an ounce until this morning, when I got on the scale and saw I've actually gained back 3 of those pounds, and definitely do not want to gain anymore! I know part of my problem is my carb intake - I'm not being as careful as I was. Anyone have any tips?
