hi hope you dont think i am being freaky but i have saved this picture as my screen saver to give me a much needed kick up the backside, wow you have done an amazing job!
hahahaha no not freaky. flattering! There is no secret!
*I LOG IN!!!! I think I missed like 3 days all year because I went on vacation to Alaska and they did not have service
* I WORKED OUT 5-6 days a week... sometimes as little as 20/30 mins.
* Wii fit EA Active and Jillian's Wii*
* I then started to run... I started at 1/2 mile and worked my way up (I am now doing 10ks).
* I had a old bike and biked to work because I work 5.5 miles from my house. *
* I did some hiking this past summer which is something that I always said I wanted to be "a hiker"
* I am a huge fan of Jillian's DVD's (I have never seen the biggest looser I just like her attitude.)
*I did buy myself and elliptical for Christmas off of craiglist.
*I also ski but never put that in because it is muscle memory
*I drink a lot of water.. ahem Mio*
*I try to eat a fruit or veggie with every meal*
*I don't give up.... *
