    Congrats!!!! Same stats here 5'7.5 started 6 months n a week ish ago and am 74lbs down goal weight 150 I'm not as toned yet though gotta get these workouts going;)

    That is really good! I guess the hard part is waiting for the results. It obviously works. I can see that for me and I can see that for everyone else.

    I'm 5'8 1/2", so it's nice to see I am only 14 lbs from looking trim like you!!!
