Yep, the lower your body gets the smaller they will be, they are just fat. Some cases not so, but most people yes if you are trying to get rid of body fat. you can strength your pec muscles and it will keep them from drooping..

Also, I think it has a lot to do with how much is tissue vs. fat.

You're going to lose the fat, so, like for me, they're fairly normal sized now but it's all fat. I have small boobs, it's a fact so I know they'll shrink the more weight I lose.

If most of what you have in there is tissue (you get it from your mama. no, really) then it shouldn't be a substantial loss.

It is not predetermined for everyone! there are so many factors. It just depends on your shape and genetics. Some lose the boobies some don't! I am the unfortunate few that do
  • I lost a total of about 50 pounds and went from a nice round D cup down to a B. Blah!

I know from the past that at my goal weight I"ll be a small 34B. I'm a full 36C at my high weight. So yep I lose!

I've noticed mine are getting smaller. However, I consider that a small price to pay for being thinner!!!

I think it depends on the person everybody is different and store fat different ways, also depends what shape you are. I'm an hourglass shape and fortunately put weight on evenly.
When I put weight on my boobs get bigger I'm hoping the same thing happens in reverse when I lose weight at the moment I'm a 32 gg I hope to get back down to a 30e.

It depends on your body and how much weight you have to lose. Some women do, some don't.

Thats all about genetics. If your breasts are mostly fat than yes you will lose them. If they are mainly breast tissue you won't. Look at your relatives are they average size with large breasts or average size with small breasts

My wife is losing her bum, from where I would not like her to lose. Nothing has gone from her belly or breast as yet.

i have heard that they do but i think it all depends on the person. I have gone up and down in my weight but every time i have lost weight my breast have gotten bigger but i have know people who's went smaller. So i tthink it all depends on the person and the rate of weight loss and how u lose the weight

Yup, to my husbands disappointment they are getting smaller. I don't really care though, some of it can go. Exercising with big boobs is no fun! UGH!
