    You look amazing! I hope one day real soon you can look in the mirror and see what's really there and not what you think is there. I know that mental adjustment is hard, but if feels so good to catch a glimpse of yourself and think, 'wow, is that me!? I look good!' :)

    It is just you are not used to this gorgeous woman you have turned into. You keep seeing your old self in the mirror, but she is gone. Forever!! You look so wonderful and one day very soon, you will look in the mirror and tell yourself how totally awesome you look and you will be so very proud of yourself!! You are in inspiration to all of us!!

    You look fantastic! I love your slow and steady approach, too. That's my plan because I never want to yo-yo again. I just readjusted my goals to lose a pound a week because truthfully, that seems to be what it's working out to be. I am sick of doing unintended 'spiking'.
