i started about a week ago, and i've been really good about staying below my calorie goal. but i'm aaaalways hungry, and a 400 calorie meal barely even hits the bottom. literally all i think about is when i get to finally eat next. what do i do??

My advice would just to drink a big glass of water instead of eating. Your body thinks its hungry but it may actually be thirsty.0

Hey..don't feel bad cause I'm the same way..What helps me is having protein each meals, then when I feel hungry I eat cut up fruit and yogourt...(I love the silhouette desert ones..plus they only count 35 calories) :happy:0

I was always hungry when I started MFP too. Your body will adjust in a few weeks. High fiber and high protein diets will help you feel fuller longer.0
