I am doing Jillian Michaels' Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism and to me there is not any obvious strength workout...does anyone else think this or am I just used to the strength workouts in 30 Day Shred?

What sort of strength workout can I add to it? I do not think I could do it with following a DVD though so what is a good strength DVD?

It feels like the toning that I got from the 30 Day Shred is starting to unravel :/ I really need your help!

Try Supreme 90 Day. 10 dvd set. You can preview the workouts on Collagevideo.com and buy the workouts at Bed, Bath and Beyond (It might depend on the store, they sell the set for $9.99), Target, Walgreens, The Dollar General Store, Walmart.
  • I wouldn't waste any money if I were you. A good strength training workout is out there without having to pay $19.95+ for one. In addition to 20-30 minutes of cardio per day. Try splitting each day of the week into separate body parts to train for strength (ex. chest, back, abs, legs, shoulders, biceps/triceps, rest). For each day, try 3-5 separate exercises with 5 sets a piece. 12-15 reps is for stabilizing, 6-9 reps is for muscle, and 2-5 reps is for strength.

    Hope this helps
