Hi all, I upped my calorie intake as I didn't want to hit the dreaded plateau. I upped my calorie intake to near 1650 per day (not including any exercise calories earned) but I have actually put 2lbs on this week! I am so pee'd off. I have about 40-50lbs to lose (I have already lost 16lbs) and I can't afford to continue to put up weight.

What am I doing wrong??????

    How long has it been?

If it's only been a week, then you need to give it longer. You aren't doing anything wrong and most of the people who started to Fuel the Furnace will get a gain in the first week, but it will come off as it is only a bit of water.

It takes 7000 calories to add 2lbs of fat, so unless you ate back to maintenance plus 1000 calories every day it is not fat.

Hiya Lady, yes its only been a week but a whole 2lbs????!!!!!

I definitely have not eaten anywhere near 7000 calorie so I am not quite sure what it is. I'll give it another week and see how I get on. I just feel like I have such a long way to go that 2lbs really puts a dent in my hard work so far. :0(
