i know this is really ocd buuuut-

FOOD
Breakfast-oatmeal
lunch-wrap with filling
dinner-spicy chicken stir fry with garlic, ginger, chilli, peppers, spring onion and brocolli and yoghurt

snacks-berries/yoghurt/chocolate covered katie cookies

WORK
Get this niggly little essay done-go to library IN THE MORNING @ 10am-2pm, take lunch if needed! if i do it in time, reward myself by going home for a couple of days (i am a student). Whatever happens I WILL GO TO THE LIBRARY IN THE MORNING

EXERCISE
Get in a GOOD exercise session after lecture, 3-4.30pm or in the late evening 8.30ish.

    Food-
    Breakfast: Probably coffee with coconut milk, whole grain toast with fiber-enriched jam, egg over easy, and half a greek yogurt with cocoa mixed in

    Lunch-Probably pickles and a hearty helping of 2%cottage cheese with either hummus and veggies or a piece of meat

    Dinner-Probably green beans, cauliflower, and broiled garlic-butter chicken

    Snack-Probably cottage cheese and veggie chips, hopefully beer :]


    Work-Start as a trainee at my new job


    Exercise- Weigh in for my anticipated 128pounds, walk 6-7 miles at 3mph between home,work, and a friend's house

    Food - hopefully there is some healthy stuff at my boyfriends house, otherwise I will have to go shopping.

    Work - group meeting 10-12. Must write up game design for programmers to start their bit. Gantt chart for other assignment; work on level design and presentation for ut3 assignment.

    The last two cover saturday and sunday. Got another meeting on sunday night for game design stuff.

    today and tomorrow last days of level 2 30DS
    Sunday = day 1 of level 3 :D

    Workout. That's it. I don't care what I eat, or how much, or where my calorie count ends up. At this point, I just want to get back to working out every day.

    Food - Mostly prelogged

    Work - Finish paper for Microbiology, study for Anatomy

    Workout - Bartending shift from 10am-6pm (which = me running around for 8 hours) + a 10 minute run at night if I feel like procrastinating on my paper ;)

    failed first goal-did not get to library...lol. now can't go till 3pm as i have a lecture beforehand. Oh well, it's good motivation for me-the sooner i finish my essay the sooner i can go to the gym and the sooner i can come home and cook blondies!
