Any diabetics out there? I know I'm normally a bit more verbose and descriptive just... having a rough night. Haven't been checking my blood sugars because I wanted to try to fix it... probably stupid... I've lost 145+ ... over 10 pants sizes... I am walking up to 3 miles a day plus 'extra' exercise. I'm eating better, drinking right... I FEEL better than I have in years... and my blood sugar tonight is over 400. Just very, very frustrating and depressing.

You're obviously making all the right changes in diet and exercise, so if your levels aren't going down perhaps you need to check in with your doctor? You could print off a few of your daily diaries and get his/her opinion, just to make sure everything is going OK.0
